It is one of our goals to process and ship your order in a timely manner. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
We currently offer shipping to customers in the United States and internationally supported countries by Paypal.
Standard shipping methods for US orders are sent using United States Postal Service, either sent First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive 2-7 days after your order has been processed and sent from our headquarters. All US orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation.
- Orders up to $19: $3.95 shipping
- Orders $19.01-$30: $5.95 shipping
- Orders $30.01-$40: $7.95 shipping
- Orders $40.01-$84: $9.95 shipping
- Orders over $85 & up: Free standard shipping
Standard shipping method is the only method for Canadian orders. Orders are sent United States Postal Service International First Class Mail or Priority without tracking and can take 6-10 days. Orders may be subject to VAT and custom's fees, which is the buyer's responsibility.
Le Mode Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Upgraded Shipping Option
USPS Priority and Overnight shipping is available for all US orders for an additional fee. Priority shipping takes between 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping will arrive the next day if orders are placed before 11 am EST. Upgraded shipping does rush your order to be shipped out for the next shipment.
Expedited Shipping Option
Expedited shipping is available for all US orders for an additional $18.00. This will ensure your package arrives in 2 business days. Orders must be placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday in order to ship out that day.
Standard shipping methods are available for international orders and are sent using United States Postal Service International First Class Mail. Orders typically arrive in 10-25 business days after your order has been processed and sent from our headquarters. International orders do not have tracking and cannot be refunded if lost or stolen. Orders may be subject to VAT and custom's fees, which is the buyer's responsibility.

- Orders $29.01-$39: $12.95 shipping
- Orders $39.01-$49: $19.95 shipping
- Orders $49.01-$75: $26.95 shipping
- Orders $75.01 & up: $35.95 shipping
It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Le Mode Accessories. We would be glad to accept returns or offer you an exchange for US and Canada orders.
- Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date.
- Sale items may only be returned for STORE CREDIT and must be done within 14 days of the ship date.
- Items that are in their original condition, not worn or altered, will be accepted for return or exchange. Items will be inspected and we have the right to deny a refund or exchange if not returned under our terms and conditions.
- Gift card purchases are not refundable at this time.
Refunds for the amount of the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser in the same form used for the purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
At this time, international orders are not refundable.

Make An Exchange
To make an exchange, please email us at email@example.com so we can process your exhange quickly and easily and get the item you would like to you.
1. Be sure to include your invoice. We will not be able to process your exchange without it.
2. Please include your reason for exchange on the invoice. As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping and handling costs of the item you no longer want. While we will ship the new item at no additional cost.
3. Please package your item securely and mail it to the same address under returns listed above.
