Le Mode currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada and international countries supported by Paypal.
What is your return policy? TOP
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a 14 day return policy on regular priced items. Sale items may only be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within the 14 days from the invoice date and be unused, unaltered, and unworn.
International orders are not refundable at this time.

Our site uses the latest SSL (Security Socket Layer) to encrypt your information. We have also selected to work with the very trusted Paypal in handling your personal information.
How do I place an order? TOP
Currently, orders can only be placed online through our website.
How long will my order take to ship? TOP
Depending on the method of shipping you choose, it will vary. Standard shipping can take any where from 2-7 days after we have processed and sent out your order. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your order sooner.
If you live outside of the US, your order can take between 10-25 business days. Currently, we only offer standard shipping methods.
The item I want is out of stock. What can I do? TOP
Because we try to provide you with items just as fast as the trends roll out, we do keep a low inventory of each item. But you can use the Contact Us page on our site and tell us to email you if we get any more in stock.
I have two discounts. Can I use both? TOP
Unfortunately, only one discount can be used at a time, but you're still lucky! You have two to pick from.
